IVC is benefiting the UAE economy in numerous ways, and this is evident by the fact that IVC has signed a number of Memorandum of Association agreements with key members of the UAE business and travel sector. The Madinat Jumeirah has twenty-three rooms and features an international conference and convention center. It also boasts a spa, a swimming pool, and a restaurant. It is fully furnished and equipped. The hotel features a five-star standard and is fully air conditioned. In addition, all rooms feature a minibar and a direct-dial telephone with Internet access.

The Madinat Jumeirah is also an investment property owned by a UAE national. The property is managed by the Abu Dhabi Investment Company (ADIC), a government enterprise based in the United Arab Emirates. It is not yet operational. The acquisition of the property was completed in March 2021. The price is not disclosed publicly.
